La mia proposta è un lavoro dedicato ad Alda Merini ed alla sua rabbia, sicuramente provata di continuo durante i periodi di reclusione nelle strutture sanitarie per malattie mentali. Penso che la permanenza in questi luoghi possa essere la peggiore violenza da sopportare per una persona libera mentalmente, e poeta. Solo le grate di ferro possono rappresentare questa costrizione e il neon lampeggiante può ben indicare la forza disperata del pensiero ribelle che non può accettare questa imposizione.

My proposal is a work dedicated to Alda Merini and her anger, certainly felt continuously during the periods of imprisonment in health facilities for mental illness. I think that staying in these places can be the worst violence to endure for a mentally free person and a poet. Only the iron grates can represent this constriction and the flashing neon can well indicate the desperate force of rebellious thought that cannot accept this imposition.
